These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Qualitech Management Services website and consulting services.

1. Scope of Consulting Services

Qualitech Management Services provides professional advisory, training, and documentation support for various management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and product certifications (e.g., BIS). Our services are strictly advisory in nature.

2. Independent Consulting vs. Certification

Important: Qualitech Management Services is an independent consulting firm. We do NOT issue ISO certificates. Certificates are issued by independent, accredited Certification Bodies (CBs) after a successful third-party audit. Our role is to prepare your organization to meet the requirements of these audits.

3. Client Responsibilities

The success of any management system implementation heavily relies on the client's commitment. The client agrees to provide necessary resources, access to facilities, accurate information, and management commitment required for the implementation of the management systems.

4. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of your business operations. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and internal processes discussed or discovered during the consulting engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Qualitech Management Services, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
