1Is ISO 45001 a replacement for OHSAS 18001?
Yes. OHSAS 18001 has been officially withdrawn and replaced by ISO 45001, which adopts the High-Level Structure making it easily integrable with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
2Does ISO 45001 apply to offices or only manufacturing?
It applies to all organizations. While manufacturing has higher risks, offices also deal with ergonomic hazards, fire safety, and stress/mental health (psychosocial risks) which fall under ISO 45001.
